Gina Siringo

Gina Danielle Siringo, M.Ed. is a seasoned Special Education leader with over 15 years of experience across charter and public school settings. She has served in roles ranging from Special Education Teacher to Department Head, ESE Coordinator, and Director of Student Services, consistently recognized as “Highly Effective” for her performance, compliance, and student outcomes. She resides in Boynton Beach near the beach with her two dogs.

Gina specializes in IEP development and compliance, inclusive instructional models, behavior intervention planning, and leading multidisciplinary teams. She has extensive experience managing ESE and 504 services, supervising staff and service providers, coordinating low-incidence disability supports, and leading schools through state and federal audits. Her leadership style is collaborative, data-driven, and deeply student-centered.

Holding a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and a Master’s degree in Special and Elementary Education, Gina is passionate about building equitable systems that support diverse learners, empower educators, and foster strong partnerships with families and communities.
